At we very simple return and exchange policy. For what ever reason you can return your purchase* for a store credit or for exchange within two weeks of delivery. Items returned for store credit or exchange must be in resalable condition, not been worn and they must still have hang tags and hygienic liners in place.

If you would like to return an item or items for store credit or exchange please follow the procedure in the image above and the directions below:

1) Contact us first at and we will send you a return exchange form which will include your Return Authorization Number.

2) Pack the item(s) you are returning with return / exchange form and mail back to us.

3) Make sure that whatever shipping service you use (we recommend the US Postal Service) provides you with a tracking umber for the package. In the event the package is not delivered to us the tracking information can be used to locate your package.

4) We will notify you when your return package reaches us. If you are exchanging your item we will send you a shipment notice when your new package ships. If you are returning for store credit we will e-mail you with you certificate number in the amount of the item(s) you returned which you can then use on another purchase.

 Please do not return any items without first contacting us and obtaining a Return / Exchange form. Any package without an Authorization # will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender automatically and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to an unauthorized package that was returned to you.

*Please note due to hygienic reasons we do not accept Thong / Tanga / G-string and Cheeky style bottoms for exchange or store credit. This is done to protect you our customer. While we cannot exchange thongs due to hygienic reasons we have a special program in place where we can sell you a new bottom at a 50% discount (or about $10-13), so it's very reasonable to get a new thong bottom if sizing is an issue.
